TO A LEASE

Schedule 1      Rules and Regulations 

 

Exhibit “A”      Leased Premises.  A drawing designating the location of your space on a particular floor or wing of a building.

  

Exhibit “B”         Floor Plan/Improvements.  The final working drawing of your space.  This should be the space planner’s drawing, complete with all improvements that you will approve.

  

Exhibit “C”         Work Letter and Construction Budget.   A complete verbal description of every item the Landlord will be pay for as part of your tenant improvement allowance.

 

Addendum to Lease.  Any additions or changes to the Lease should be included in this document.  The changes in the addendum will take precedence over the item it effects in the Lease document.  This is usually attached to a lease as an add on or amendment to the original lease. 

 

Amendment to Lease.  This is a document reflecting any changes to the lease after the original document has been  signed.  It is an after the fact type of document.  Typically it is used to add any changes to the lease in lieu of having to write a new lease.  It is typically used for renewals or lease expansions etal.
